I know the anticipation was killing everyone, "What WAS that picture Anne posted?" Welp, it was our cat Carmelita. She is shown here snuggling with our dog, Charli. They are the best of friends and they don't like the cold!

P.S. Thank you all for the guesses! I will keep the rug idea in mind :) Brian is very attached to her, so a rug might dry his tears when she dies (hopefully not anytime soon)!
