Amanda: Day 53. Won't You Be My Neighbor?

On my way out to walk Katy this morning, I noticed something odd hanging by the tree outside the walkway to the apartment. It was a (very nice) hat that someone had placed there. I'd like to think that a friendly neighbor found it and placed it where it couldn't be damaged but could be easily found. I didn't have my camera with me so I took one with my phone and by the time I got back out again, it was gone. Hopefully the hat found it's rightful owner!
