Stephen is a freshman in the indoor percussion group I am working with this year. Two months ago, he had never marched with a drum on in his life and now he's made huge strides (but still has a ways to go). He has the best disposition on life and I just happened to catch the only time he isn't smiling. Seriously, I can give him the firmest "talking to" and he's still smiles at me and says okay. He's a great kid.
