I've decided to be a little adventurous tonight. After Mark fired up the grill for a pork tenderloin, I decided to try my hand at grilled peaches that I've heard so much about. Grilled cut side down first, flipped it, sprinkled a little brown sugar on top, grilled the skin side. Once they were done, I topped with mederia crema (a Mexican food item), honey and black pepper. This is the real deal folks. Try it out.
So trying this out next time I grill--looks yummy!
