Amanda: Day 99. Death by Sun.

You know when sometime you see things and you just don't know what they are or what in the world they are doing there? Yeah, this was that case. This is on the manhole across from my mother's house. These actions figures have been there for two days. I can't imagine why except their owner is leaving them to die in the sun. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. =D
