Cliff and I have been actively looking for another place, maybe out in the country a little ways with a fixer-upper house and some acreage for our home AND our business and we came across this little beauty. Want to guess how much the price tag is? ;)

ReplyDeleteI know!!! It's a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath with hardwood floors. The upstairs MBD has it's own private porch, etc...on 1.6 acres out in the country between Marion & New Braunfels. It's over $425,000!!!
ReplyDeleteYea thats a lot of $$ but I was thinking it was even more that that-a lot more than that! (prices of homes in IL are a lot higher than in TX) Still to rich for our blood though...
