Amanda: Day 154. Personal Serenity.

I walked in my hotel room today and found a yoga program I used to practice all the time. I immediately threw on my workout clothes and laid a towel on the floor as a makeshift yoga mat and jumped right in. My "mat" was set up in front of my window and it was incredibly calming with practicing yoga and viewing the outdoors. It was definitely what I needed today.
