Amanda: Day 156. Amanda time.

This is one of my best friends, Amanda. We met teaching drum corps five years ago. We had an instant connection because of our names and we used to make our seat partners trade seats so we could have "Amanda time" and vent about that days happenings. She's been a truly awesome friend and we've been through a lot together. She even drove down to Gilchrist from San Antonio after Hurricane Humberto to bring me water, PB&J, bread, beer (you know, the essentials) and to help re-roof my families' houses. How freaking awesome is she? Well, last fall, she married an awesome guy who happens to be in the Army and he will be stationed in Washington (state) in October, so they are moving in August, right before I get back from tour. We decided to have a last hurrah this weekend and we went out to the Hill Country for the day. So this is in Fredericksburg enjoying ice cream after a long day of (mostly) window shopping!
