When we told Kevin's parents about the bounty of vegetables we have been given from my uncle's garden, Kevin's mom told us she'd love to have a squash casserole. So, we brought the squash and Kevin [with the help of his Little Chef Kennedy] made this wonderful dish to accompany our lunch.
