Colby is reading! It's really exciting to hear him read to his little sisters. Of course he's not reading Chaucer proficiently, but Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You? by Dr. Seuss was the first book he decided to read by himself. There are some others he's started in on, including some leveled readers.

I knew he loved books but I am thrilled that he's learned so much after only 3 weeks in Kindergarten. I won't pretend I had nothing to do with this, but I love that he has a love for books like I do.
