Jenna. Day 18. Carpet Cleaning.

In sticking with "home" week - this is Kennedy's room.
A great friend allowed me to borrow their carpet steam cleaner. I've been wanting to clean the carpets for a long time now - ever since we moved in this summer, really. As you can see, it makes a world of difference. Although, it seems to need quite a long time to dry... I cleaned carpets this morning and when I put the kids to bed tonight they were still wet.
If you've ever used one of the steam cleaning contraptions, I emptied the dirty water reservoir 3 times in each kids' room. (Their rooms are 12' x 12', minus their beds and some toys. Might explain why the floors are still wet.)
