Jenna. Jul 1. Green Chicken.

Kevin and I spent Date Night tonight at The Lemon Wedge in downtown Bryan. My entree was the Green Chicken - pecan crusted with lemon and parsley. It was served with a variety of veggies - asparagus, squash, & tomatoes - along with a homemade roll and corn pudding. I loved it and look forward to going there for lunch or breakfast [my favorite meal of the day].

After dinner we drove to the LaSalle Hotel. We could have walked, but it was raining. Then we sat in the lobby and talked. It actually felt like a Real date, like we were back in college again - you know, without responsibilities or the need to pick up kids in an hour. I can't wait for the next time we get to have a date like this.
